You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, scrape it at scale, or submit spam or malicious content through our forms. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

Customer accounts are passwordless — you sign in via a one-time link we email you. Keep access to your email account secure, since anyone with it can sign in. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time; the price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, stock or production issues, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount charged.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms as well.
• Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Our merch is made to order (print-on-demand) and produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary by product and destination. Slight variation in colour and placement is normal for printed products. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Because our products are made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right: contact us at mind1@mind1official.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Nothing here affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

Where we provide design or other services, the specific scope, price, and terms are set out in the individual proposal or agreement for that work, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.

The Mind1 name, logo, site design, written content, and product artwork are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission. Buying a product grants you ownership of that physical item, not of the underlying designs or brand.

The site links to third-party platforms (for example our streaming channels and partners). We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the state and federal courts located in Indiana, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
