"Mind1", "we", or "us" refers to Mind1, based in Indiana, United States, operator of mind1official.com. For any privacy question you can reach us at mind1@mind1official.com.

We only collect information for specific purposes:

• Analytics data— Google Analytics 4 records usage such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring site. Where the law requires consent, this is only collected after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. Everywhere else it is collected by default unless you opt out from the Cookies link in the footer or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. Private pages such as proposals, your account and staff pages are excluded.
• Account information — if you create a customer account, your email address and any name you provide. Accounts are passwordless (we email you a sign-in link).
• Order information — when you buy merch: the items ordered, your shipping address, and your email, so we can fulfil and update you on the order.
• Payment information — card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation and a payment reference.
• Messages you send — anything you submit through our contact or notify forms (e.g. your name, email, and message).

• Process, fulfil, and provide updates on your merch orders.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices, and account sign-in links).
• Operate customer accounts and order history.
• Respond to messages you send us.
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and spam (e.g. our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They only receive the data needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — print-on-demand production and shipping of merch (receives your shipping address and order details).
• Google Analytics — usage analytics.
• Postmark — sending transactional email.
• Cloudflare — DNS, security, and bot protection on our forms.
• Railway — application and database hosting.

• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics. Where consent is required, they are set only after you accept. Everywhere else they are set by default. Opt out at any time from the Cookies link in the footer.
• Sign-in cookie — a secure cookie that keeps you logged into your account.
• Cart storage— your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits. It never leaves your device until you check out.

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' settings. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of analytics or withdraw consent at any time, from the Cookies link in the footer.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

The site and store are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
